Our Story

 

Our recipe was inspired by the cultural heritage of a 17^th century well and a resourse which was worthy of preservation on the farm for the pure fresh taste and the clear pure quality of the water inspired us to experiment in Gin making and the perfectly balanced spirit has been created by combining the water with 11 carefully selected full flavoured botanicals in a still named Ruby using a combination of tradition and modern distillation techniques. Our award-winning original gin is recognised as a well-balanced juniper led and generously flavoured premium gin with a fresh streak of citrus and warm earthy, spicey notes, balanced and soft on the finish, it can be purchased from most small shops and Delicatessens all around Pembrokeshire along with it being sampled and sold at most seasonal food fayres in Wales.

Our sister gin is a pink premium gin which was created in 2019 and unlike most pink gins it is not sweet and is distilled using 5 fresh fruits and is a purposefully dry and soft juniper led fruity tasting gin, best served with a light tonic. Addition to our range in 2020 we now have four new gins created by using fresh fruits and herbs with no artificial additives, our new range consists of a Sloe and Vanilla Gin, Cucumber and Mint Gin, Pepper Gin and a Orange Gin along with a premium vodka and Fruit Rum which can be purchased and sampled at our newly opened Gin Barn at the Distillery , along with most small shops and Delicatessen’s around  Pembrokeshire ,  from our online shop.
